What DOF Ground does
DOF Ground is a trucking and third-party logistics company. Shippers hire us to move freight. Carriers in our network haul it. From our headquarters in Medley, Florida, we cover the United States and Canada, and we cross the border with Mexico when the shipment calls for it.
The work includes container drayage at ports and rail ramps, intermodal and rail, less-than-truckload and full truckload, flatbed and heavy haul, refrigerated freight, and warehousing. A customer who needs a rate on LTL, intermodal, or drayage can quote it live in Pioneer AI, then book and track the load in the same login. Warehousing, transloading, project freight, and anything that needs a person still go through the team.
How a shipment moves
- You tell us the freight. Origin, destination, equipment, and the date it has to move.
- We price it and cover it. Live rates in Pioneer AI where that service is offered, or a coordinator when the move is more involved.
- A carrier hauls it. Our dispatch team stays on the load from pickup through delivery.
- You can see it. Tracking stays with the shipment so you are not waiting on a phone call for a status.
Where we work
Trucks run across the United States and Canada. Drayage is built around ports and rail ramps. Warehouses for transload, cross-dock, and storage are in Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Elizabeth, Houston, Dallas, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Nashville. Temperature-controlled transload and cross-dock are available when the freight has to hold a range.
