What carriers do here
DOF Ground is a broker and 3PL. Shippers give us freight, and carriers in the network haul it. When you join, you can look at loads, book the ones that fit your truck, run them, and invoice.
Freight includes dry van and flatbed truckload, less-than-truckload, port and rail drayage, refrigerated, and heavy haul. Lanes run across the United States and Canada, with cross-border loads to and from Mexico when you are set up for them.
How to get started
- Register with a valid MC, MX, or USDOT number, your tax ID, and a certificate of insurance.
- Sign the broker-carrier agreement. An authorized employee has to complete it.
- After you are approved, use the load board on desktop or in the mobile app to search, bid, and book.
- Send paperwork to get paid. Options include same-day pay, quick pay, Net 15, and Net 30. The details are in the carrier FAQ.
A new MC number has to be 30 days old before that carrier can move DOF Ground freight. After-hours problems go to (844) 394-3788.
