How we serve aerospace shippers

Aerospace freight is a mix of planned component moves and pieces that cannot be late. DOF Ground moves that freight by truck across the United States and Canada. Smaller parts go by less-than-truckload. Larger structures, tooling, and equipment go on a flatbed or as heavy haul when the size or weight requires permits.

We work with manufacturers, suppliers, and maintenance operations that need a carrier matched to the piece and a dispatcher who understands a hard delivery window. Import containers of parts can start as port drayage, then move inland by truck or intermodal.

What to send with the quote

Dimensions and weight, especially if the piece is oversize.
The must-arrive time, if a line or a maintenance window depends on it.
Any handling limit, such as no stack, team drivers, or a specific trailer.

This is ground freight. If a deadline cannot be met by truck, we will tell you before the load is booked.
